We use inquiry information to respond to requests, prepare quotations, understand product and packaging requirements, communicate about requested products or services, maintain business records, and support follow-up on the inquiry.

We also use limited technical information to prevent automated abuse, manage request frequency, and protect the website and inquiry service.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the inquiry form from automated abuse and spam. For short-term request-frequency controls, a network identifier may be processed into a one-way security identifier. TISVEN does not place the raw network address in the ordinary inquiry record, inquiry email, or conversion event.

TISVEN uses service providers that support the website and inquiry workflow: Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security, Supabase for inquiry storage and request controls, and Resend for delivery of internal inquiry notifications.

These providers may process information in different regions as needed to provide their services. They handle information under their own service terms and privacy practices.

At present, TISVEN does not use advertising or analytics cookies for visitor profiling. Security and hosting providers may use essential technical mechanisms needed to deliver and protect their services. TISVEN has not connected GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or Microsoft Clarity to this website.

TISVEN does not sell inquiry information for third-party advertising. Information may be processed by the service providers described above where necessary to operate the website, protect the form, store the inquiry, and deliver the internal notification. Information may also be handled where reasonably necessary for business administration, security, or applicable legal requirements.

We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for business communication, record keeping, security, and applicable legal requirements. A specific retention period has not yet been published because it requires an owner-approved operating policy.
