When you submit an inquiry, we collect the required details you provide: your name, email address, country or target market, product interest, and estimated quantity.

You may also choose to provide your company, WhatsApp number, packaging direction, timeline, sample or target-market notes, project details, and other information included in your message. The inquiry system also records the source page and campaign parameters present in the page URL so we can understand the context of the request.

We use inquiry information to respond to requests, prepare quotations, understand product and packaging requirements, communicate about requested products or services, maintain business records, and support follow-up on the inquiry.

We also use limited technical information to prevent automated abuse, manage request frequency, and protect the website and inquiry service.

To limit obvious high-frequency abuse, a network identifier may be processed into a one-way security identifier for short-term request-frequency controls. TISVEN does not place the raw network address in the ordinary inquiry record, inquiry email, or conversion event.

TISVEN uses service providers that support the website and inquiry workflow: Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for inquiry storage and request controls, and Resend for delivery of internal inquiry notifications.

These providers may process information in different regions as needed to provide their services. They handle information under their own service terms and privacy practices.

TISVEN uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate page visits, referral sources, device and browser categories, and website performance. Administrative routes are excluded from this measurement. TISVEN does not use these tools to build advertising profiles.

When enabled, optional Google Analytics measures public-page visits, product and inquiry-entry clicks, WhatsApp clicks, and confirmed inquiry submissions. It loads only after you accept analytics. Rejecting it does not prevent navigation or inquiries. This choice controls Google Analytics, not the existing Vercel services.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and processes technical request information. Our event parameters exclude names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry text and customer identifiers. Page addresses are restricted to our public page catalog, without query strings or fragments; external referrers include only their origin. Arbitrary campaign parameters are not sent. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to accept or reject optional analytics. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and removes the first-party Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website; it does not recall data already sent. Google may process data outside your country under its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity are not connected by this integration.

TISVEN does not sell inquiry information for third-party advertising. Information may be processed by the service providers described above where necessary to operate the website, protect the form, store the inquiry, and deliver the internal notification. Information may also be handled where reasonably necessary for business administration, security, or applicable legal requirements.

We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for business communication, record keeping, security, and applicable legal requirements. A specific retention period has not yet been published because it requires an owner-approved operating policy.
