Reference included: SFT-01

Pack size and tissue size are different.

Soft pack facial tissue contains a stack of facial tissues in flexible packaging. The finished pack size describes the package; the unfolded tissue size describes the sheet. Record draw count and ply separately, and confirm the opening and packing arrangement for the selected sample.

The finished pack

Pack length × width × height
Confirm for the selected sample; these are package dimensions, not sheet dimensions.
Opening and sealed edges
Confirm the opening format and seal arrangement for the chosen pack.
Artwork and outer packing
Review print panels, packs per bundle if applicable, and packs per carton.

The tissue inside

Unfolded tissue size
Confirm the full sheet length and width separately from the finished pack.
Draw count
Confirm the number of pull-out tissues per pack. Do not infer draw count from a total layer count.
Ply and material
Confirm the layers per tissue, paper material and required feel against a sample.

START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

A useful brief can start simply.

  • Target market and intended use
  • Estimated quantity or need for a recommendation
  • Pack format or reference sample
  • Known tissue specifications, if available

You can request a recommendation before every specification is final. Your inquiry will identify Soft Pack Facial Tissue as its own product category.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before quoting.

Practical answers for sample review, artwork proof, carton packing, and quote-ready communication.

01Is Soft Pack Facial Tissue the same as Box Facial Tissue or Pocket Tissue?+

No. This page covers facial tissue in flexible packaging as a separate product category. Box facial tissue uses a carton; pocket tissue is a compact portable format. Select Soft Pack Facial Tissue when requesting this format.

02Can I use my own brand on the packaging?+

Yes. OEM packaging can be discussed around your brand artwork and selected pack format. The YOUR BRAND images are design references; final print layout and packaging details are reviewed for your project.

03Which dimensions should I send?+

If known, send the finished pack length, width and height, plus the unfolded tissue length and width. These are different measurements. A reference sample can help when the numbers are not yet available.

04How should I specify draw count and ply?+

State the number of pull-out tissues per pack and the number of layers per tissue separately. If a source only says sheets or total layers, clarify its meaning before using that number as draw count.

05Can I inquire before all specifications are decided?+

Yes. Share the target use, market, packaging direction and estimated quantity, or say that you need a recommendation. You do not need to complete every technical specification before contacting TISVEN.

06What are the MOQ, sample terms and lead time?+

These are confirmed for the selected product, packaging and quantity during quotation and sample discussion. The reference images do not set commercial terms.
