Before you request a quote

Four decisions to prepare first.

01Finished pack
Dimensions, opening, back seam and seals
02Tissue format
Tissue size, ply, count and fold
03Print reference
Artwork, printed film or old sample
04Packing plan
Multipack, carton and quantity range

01 / Pack direction

A reference pack is more than its front design.

Factory review covers more than the front design: finished pack length, opening position, back seam, end seals and proportions affect the film and packing setup.

  • Send front, back, opening and end-seal photos with dimensions.
  • Mark what must stay and what may change.
  • Show the intended single-pack and multipack presentation.

02 / Tissue and converting

Confirm the tissue and finished soft pack together.

Unfolded tissue size does not directly determine finished pack size. Fold, ply, sheet count and thickness affect fullness and appearance.

  • Send the known tissue size, ply, count and fold.
  • Do not infer the tissue specification from pack width alone.
  • Confirm both against a finished sample.

03 / Artwork and quotation

Check artwork against the actual wrapper and seals.

Send any old pack, printed film or sample with the artwork. In production, print repeat length, seals and pack alignment must work together; a correct PDF may still wrap out of position.

  • Send editable artwork and any existing film or sample.
  • Mark opening, back seam and end-seal positions.
  • Add market, quantity, multipack, carton and sample needs.

Buyer questions

Three questions before packaging review.

Can I request a pocket tissue quote before the artwork is final?

Yes. Send the logo, draft or reference design and mark what is still being revised. Pack structure and print direction can be checked before artwork approval.

What should I send if I want to match an existing pocket tissue pack?

Send front, back, opening and end-seal photos, dimensions and a physical sample if possible. Mark what must stay and what should change.

Can you make packaging based on an existing pocket tissue sample?

An existing sample is a useful reference, but it must be checked against tissue size, ply, sheet count, fold, pack dimensions, wrapper structure, print and seal direction. Similar appearance does not mean an identical production setup.

Ready for packaging review?

Send the pack reference and the details you already know.

Send the reference pack, tissue details and artwork status. TISVEN can review the packing direction and clarify the remaining points before quotation.
