02 / Configuration

How Jiufeng Configures Toilet Roll Production

Gross roll weight is an important production control variable. Rolls are configured using virgin pulp or recycled paper, 2 / 3 / 4 ply, the confirmed width and sheet-length options, and different core materials.

Packaging is configurable separately from the roll specification. Highly non-standard dimensions or product structures may require machine adjustment and dedicated production setup; final feasibility is confirmed after specification review.

Core options

Grey paper cores use recycled-paper material. White paper cores use virgin-pulp paper material and have a higher material cost. No fixed core weight or numerical cost difference is provided here.

03 / Business guidance

Commercial Production Guidance

Commercial conditions are separate from the production measurements above.

Factory-confirmed business rule

Standard specifications
Typical MOQ: approximately 10,000 rolls.
Highly non-standard specifications
Typical starting quantity: approximately 100,000 rolls when machine adjustment or dedicated production setup is required.
Final MOQ
Confirmed after specification and production-setup review. Smaller-quantity inquiries can still be discussed; for trials, normally start with the closest standard production specification.
Printing
Custom printing is available. RMB 600 per color, one-time setup fee; separate from the per-roll price and not a complete quotation.

Packaging: Individual → Inner → Master

  1. 1

    Individual Roll

None / clear wrapper / custom printed wrapper

  2. 2

    Inner Pack

    Poly bag / project-specific packing

  3. 3

    Master Packing

Large bag, commonly used / carton available

Packaging combinations can be adjusted according to the project. Packaging customization alone does not automatically classify the roll as a highly non-standard specification.

04 / Source & scope

Data Methodology and Scope

Source: Jiufeng / TISVEN factory production and measurement experience. This reference organizes existing aggregate production options and measured ranges; it does not describe a new measurement campaign or a laboratory method.

Production ranges are factory-specific, not universal industry standards. Material and core-material entries describe actual production materials, not laboratory material analyses.

Individual sample IDs, measurement dates, batch mapping and photo-to-row mapping are not included in this public version. Detailed instruments and measurement tolerances are not specified here. Missing sample-level traceability does not mean the underlying factory-measured production data is absent.

The measurement basis for the 45 mm core specification is not further classified as inner or outer diameter in this reference.

How to read the evidence labels

Factory-measured / production data
Actual production options and measured specification ranges, reported at aggregate level.
Factory-confirmed business rule
Packaging, printing and MOQ guidance; separate from physical measurements.
Calculated example
120 mm × π ≈ 377 mm is a circumference calculation using an example diameter, not an identified measured Jiufeng/TISVEN sample or standard roll size.
Configurable example
The Example OEM Configurations in the Toilet Paper Roll Weight resource illustrate combinations for discussion; they are not measured sample rows or historical customer orders.
Unknown
Unspecified measurement bases or sample-level details are left unresolved, rather than inferred.

Limitations

  • Configuration ranges do not establish that every possible combination has been individually measured or can be supplied for every project.
  • Individual roll outer diameter, circumference, sheet count, verified total length and net tissue weight are not supplied as matched records and must not be inferred from these ranges.
  • Calculated and configurable examples must not be confused with factory-measured samples. Do not derive a formal net tissue weight by subtracting an assumed fixed core weight from gross weight.

05 / Quick answers

Quick Facts

Short answers with the same factory-specific scope and limitations.

What roll widths does Jiufeng produce?

Jiufeng/TISVEN's confirmed production widths are 80, 90 and 100 mm, with 100 mm commonly produced. These are factory-specific production formats, not universal industry standards.

What ply options are available?

Jiufeng/TISVEN produces 2-, 3- and 4-ply toilet rolls using Virgin Pulp or Recycled Paper. Ply count alone does not establish softness, strength or total paper quantity.

What sheet lengths are used?

Confirmed sheet-length options are 125 and 135 mm, with 135 mm commonly produced. Sheet length is separate from the total length of tissue wound onto a roll.

What gross roll weights can be configured?

Jiufeng/TISVEN reports an approximate 40–150 g actual production / measured gross-roll-weight range, depending on the project. Gross weight here means the finished unwrapped roll including its paper core, excluding packaging; it is not net tissue weight.

What core options are available?

The confirmed common core size is 45 mm, without an inner / outer diameter classification in this reference. Grey cores use recycled-paper material; white cores use virgin-pulp paper material and have a higher material cost.

What is the typical MOQ?

Standard specifications have typical MOQ guidance of approximately 10,000 rolls. Highly non-standard specifications requiring machine adjustment or dedicated setup typically start at approximately 100,000 rolls; final MOQ is confirmed after specification and production-setup review.
